Bono, the lead singer of cult rock group U2, gave a concert in Kiev, Ukraine, at the subway station with compatriot The Edge to show solidarity with the war-torn country.
Bono and The Edge, whose full name is David Howell Evans, played by soul singer Ben E. King in the 1961 hit song “Stand By Me” at Khreshchatyk subway station.
