Perhaps in places where enemy forces are concentrated,” – said in the message.
The mayor’s office clarified that the first explosion occurred in Mariupol at 22.33.
It was noted that after “arriving” in the Central and Left Bank districts of the city, there were problems with light and communication.
The City Council said: “We believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine! The de-occupation of Mariupol is approaching!”
It should be noted that regional Telegram channels report explosions in occupied Donetsk, Makeevka, Khartsyzsk, Debaltseve and Ilovaisk.
