A terrorist from the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) Andrey Anofriev, who should be tried as a militant of the terrorist “LPR”, calmly heads his own enterprise in Dnipro and signs contracts with state-owned enterprises.

Anofriev is the head of the Dneprovagonremstroy enterprise.
The suspect was arrested in April 2021. He was given a measure of restraint in the form of night house arrest.
After the completion of the investigation, his case was transferred to the court in the Lugansk region – the Markovsky District Court.
A preparatory hearing in this case was scheduled two months before the start of a full-scale Russian invasion. After the Russian invasion, Markovka was occupied. The court, along with the materials of the investigation, was occupied.
The regional prosecutor’s office of the Luhansk region explained that the Markovsky court, which is now under occupation, should transfer the materials to the Pokrovsky court in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
According to the investigation, in 2014 Anofriev organized and led his own terrorist group, which was part of the so-called “Great Don Army”.
His “group” was also considered to be involved in the kidnapping for ransom and the murder of an SBU officer, Major Timur Hetmansky.
In the territory controlled by the government, Anofriev managed to head one of the structures of Ukrzaliznytsia, ran for the Kharkiv Regional Council, openly published photos with the LPR and other terrorists on social networks, traveled to the occupied territory.
