Rostec now produces a “huge amount of products” for the army, mainly ammunition, the head of the state corporation said.
Chapter Rostec Sergei Chemezov said that the Russian Federation has increased the production of hypersonic missiles dagger. This was reported on February 18 by the Interfax agency, citing an interview with an official.
“The stream (missile complex) has been on the market for a long time, initially it did not need such a quantity. We are increasing it now,” Chemezov stressed.
He added that too Rostec manufactures “large quantities of products” for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
“Volumes have grown significantly, in some cases – 50 times,” – said the head of the state corporation.
It mainly concerns the ammunition industry. In addition, according to Chemezov, by 2023, Russian defense enterprises can produce up to 300 helicopters, including attack ones.
