US President Joe Biden may send a message to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and the Russians in a speech he is preparing to deliver in Poland on Feb. 21.

This was announced by the representative of the White House for national security John Kirby.

However, it is expected that there will be many signals in this speech.

I think you will hear messages in the President’s speech that will certainly resonate with the American people, will certainly resonate with our allies and partners, will no doubt resonate with the Polish people who have done and continue to do so much. And I suspect you will hear him also send a message to Putin and the Russian people,” Kirby said at a White House briefing.

According to him, the US President will make a statement in Warsaw on February 21, which he will dedicate to the anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

It is also expected that during the speech, the American leader will make it clear that the United States will continue to support Ukraine for as long as necessary.
