US President Joe Biden may send a message to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and the Russians in a speech he is preparing to deliver in Poland on Feb. 21.
This was announced by the representative of the White House for national security John Kirby.

And I suspect you will hear him also send a message to Putin and the Russian people,” Kirby said at a White House briefing.
According to him, the US President will make a statement in Warsaw on February 21, which he will dedicate to the anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
