The return of the American embassy in Kyiv is scheduled to coincide with the day of the victory against Nazism.
The U.S. Embassy announced the return to Kyiv of Chargé d’Affaires Christina Quinn and other U.S. diplomats, according to a press release from the U.S. Embassy sent to Ukrainian media.
Journalists were invited to film the arrival of American diplomats at the US Embassy in Kyiv and talk to the diplomats.
It was specifically mentioned in the press release that the return of the embassy was timed on the day of the victory against Nazism.
Recall that on April 26, American diplomats returned to Ukraine for the first time since the Russian invasion, and on April 27 they reported that trips to Lviv would be more frequent in the future.
The Croatian Embassy in Ukraine continues work in Kyiv, the ambassador has already returned to the capital.
