Natalia Korolevskaya, a people’s deputy from the banned Opposition Platform – During Life, was suspected.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office suspect the parliamentarian under Part 1 of Art. 366-2 (inaccurate declaration) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. She did not provide information about real estate in the declaration for 2020. This was reported on February 17 by the press service of NABU.
Investigators found that at that time the people’s deputy did not declare two plots in the Obukhov district of the Kyiv region with a total area of 0.8 hectares and a cost of over UAH 2.5 million. She also forgot to indicate in the declaration a house and a plot in the Moscow region of Russia in the amount of almost UAH 1.8 million.
Law enforcers report that in general, the people’s deputy did not declare real estate worth more than UAH 4.315 million. Where the people’s deputy is now is unknown.
The Anti-Corruption Bureau added that since the location of the people’s deputy was not established, she was informed of the suspicion in accordance with Art. 135, Art. 278 (delivery of a written notice of suspicion) of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. That is, by e-mail, etc.
Recall that Natalia Korolevskaya and her husband Yuri Solod decided to resign. The head of the Verkhovna Rada has already received applications from people’s deputies from the Opposition Platform for Life.
