The official said that in Konstantinovka, according to preliminary operational data, a civilian was injured, and the palace of culture was damaged, where the Humanitarian Aid Center is now operating.
In Kramatorsk, the Russian invaders entered the premises of a medical institution.
As already reported, on the night of February 1, Russia hit Kramatorsk for the second time in one day. The rocket hit a residential building, completely destroying an entrance.
