Marine surface drones began to be used by the Russian military during the war with Ukraine.
During a telephone conversation with the Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny shared his concern that the enemy is using surface drones. Such drones pose a threat to civilian shipping in the Black Sea. This is stated on the Telegram channel of the Commander-in-Chief.
Zaluzhny also informed Milli about the results of the latest massive Russian missile attack, stressed the importance of air defense systems and thanked for their provision.
On Friday, February 10, it appeared on social networks, in which the Russians allegedly attacked cities in the Odessa region with the help of a sea drone. However, there was no reliable confirmation of the veracity of the video.
