Law enforcement officers prevented a major leak of information in one of the district courts in Odessa.
In Odessa, an assistant judge was exposed, who passed secret information to the suspects. He warned the defendants in the cases about the searches. This was reported by the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine.
Law enforcement officers prevented a major leak of information in one of the district courts in Odessa. The SBU detained an assistant judge who, for bribes, “leaked” classified information on defendants in the cases.
In particular, for money, he offered to warn in advance of planned searches. Thus, attackers can destroy material evidence and hide from justice.
The cost of “services” ranges from 100 to 1000 dollars. The amount depends on the importance of the case and the timing of the procedural steps. Among the main “clients” of the officer are members of criminal groups.
The SBU documented the criminal activities of the assistant judge and detained the briber while trying to transfer classified data. The defendant was declared a suspect under Part 3 of Art. 369-2 of the UKU. He faces up to eight years in prison.
Recall that the SBU exposed an employee of Ukrzaliznytsia, who worked for the Russian FSB and orchestrated missile strikes on Kyiv.
