The detainees not only wanted to fit in the drug business, but also planned to expand their activities and become “Saltovka observers”.
In Kharkiv, law enforcement officials detained four members of a group calling itself “Watching KhTZ”. They were drug dealers and their relatives and they tried to take over the drug business for themselves. This was reported by the head of the investigative department of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region, Sergei Bolvinov.
According to him, the detention was carried out by operatives of the Ukrainian SSR and the SBU with the help of special forces KORD and Alfa.
As the investigators found out, the detainees not only wanted to fit in the drug business, but also planned to expand their activities and become “Saltovka observers”.
“You can see a strict detention in the video – the police have information that the detainees may have a grenade, which the attacker planned to detonate. During the searches, money, drugs and other material evidence were seized, ” said the message.
All four detainees were informed of the suspicion under Part 4 of Article 189. They face imprisonment for seven to 12 years with confiscation of assets. The judge also chose a preventive measure for all four – 60 days without the right to make bail.
It will be remembered that earlier in Ukraine, an inter-regional gang of drug dealers with a million turnover was exposed.
Also in the Kyiv region, law enforcement officials uncovered a large-scale drug laboratory and a psychotropic distribution channel.
