He had “basic immunity” after his appointment. This is a man of the purest reputation. Previously, he headed the border service. I have no data that he was involved in any schemes. But in order to put things in order at customs, it is not enough to be just an honest person, – said the head of the faction.
Arakhamia added that the authorities have a conceptual understanding of what to do with the State Customs, which has gone through a change of six leaders over the past few years.
Personnel rotation of power
On February 6, the head of the Servant of the People faction, Arakhamia, announced that there would be no personnel changes in the Ministry of Defense this week. And the people’s deputy from SN Maryana Bezugla wrote on Facebook that the rotation of ministers was suspended, because it carries risks for Ramstein and a possible Russian offensive.
Recall that earlier the authorities planned to dismiss Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov and appoint him head of the Ministry of Strategic Industries. Reznikov refused this post. In his place in the Ministry of Defense, the president planned to appoint the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kirill Budanov.
Babel’s interlocutors in Servant of the People say that so far there are no votes for Reznikov’s appointment to the Ministry of Strategic Industries. Mostly against the deputies elected by majority vote. The deputies also have questions regarding the appointment of Budanov, because according to the law, the Minister of Defense must be a civilian, and Budanov a military one.
Last week, the government fired the dismissed part of the leadership of the State Customs Service – acting. Chairman Vyacheslav Demchenko and First Deputy Alexander Shchutsky.
