Principal of a college in Melitopol suspected of infidelity

In March, the director of the educational institution voluntarily agreed to head the body of education illegally created in the occupied territory, according to the Zaporizhzhya Regional District Administration.

The director of one of the colleges of Melitopol was notified of suspicion of collaborative activities. This was reported in the Zaporizhzhya Regional Police Department.

It was reported that in March 2022, the director of the educational institution voluntarily agreed to head the body of education illegally created in the occupied territory.

He personally informed each school director about his appointment as head of the Melitopol Department of Education. In support of the illegal government, the pseudo-chief requested that teachers of occupied Melitopol organize the education process according to the aggressor country’s program, the OVA said in a statement.

It was previously reported that in Melitopol, temporarily occupied by Russian troops, all school directors wrote letters of resignation in protest and refused to cooperate with the occupiers.
