Turkish cargo ship bound for Ukraine for grain runs aground

In the Black Sea, near the Turkish city of Shilo in the province of Istanbul, due to bad weather, a dry cargo ship ran aground, which was heading to Ukraine for grain. This was reported by CNN Turk.

“Due to strong winds in Istanbul province at 23:30 pm, the cargo ship TQ Ordu, following wheat from Eregli, Zonguldak province, to Ukraine, ran aground in the Sofular region, near Shilo,” said message.

It was reported that there were 23 crew members on board the cargo ship, and Coast Guard teams were dispatched to them.

Earlier it was reported that a Romanian barge with grain sank in the port of Odessa region.
