Russian invaders hit a higher educational institution in Kharkov with a rocket.

It was preliminary established that the shelling was carried out by S-300 missiles from the territory of the Russian Belgorod region. Investigators began a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
