The situation in the Luhansk direction is now tense.
Russian troops are preparing for an offensive and have begun to spread fake information online about the alleged capture of Belogorovka. However, the enemy is not in this settlement, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fully control this village. This was announced on February 5 by the head of the Lugansk regional military administration, Sergei Gaidai.
Now information is spreading throughout Russia that Belogorovka is already controlled by the enemy, they allegedly took people out of there. Well, first of all, they don’t even know if there are people there and how many there are. Secondly, our fighters are in position, no one captured Belogorovka, no one went there, there is no enemy there, – he noted.
Gaidai added that fakes have information that a full-scale Russian offensive is about to begin. The command and the fighters clearly understand how many reserves have been overturned and what is happening on the front line. The occupiers can be rebuffed.
According to the head of the UVA, the Russian invaders have increased the number of attacks and are trying to find possible weaknesses in the defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. However, Ukrainian soldiers stop advancing the enemy.
Recall that the specialists of the American Institute for the Study of War said that the enemy had gathered 30,000 soldiers, militants and mercenaries in the Mariupol direction. Experts believe that the enemy is preparing all these forces for an offensive attempt in the Luhansk region and not far from Bakhmut.
