On the morning of February 5, Russian troops attacked Kharkov with two missiles, five people were injured. This was reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office.
According to the investigation, on Sunday, about 8.20 in the morning, the invaders launched a missile attack in the Kievsky district of the center of the region.
“One of the rockets hit a five-story building of a higher education institution and caused serious damage. A security guard was injured. Another enemy rocket hit a residential building nearby. Four residents the injured: a 58-year-old man, two women aged 54 and an 83-year-old woman,” – clarified the department.
According to preliminary data, the enemy shelled the city from the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation using S-300 missiles.
A pre-trial investigation is launched in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Earlier it was reported that a Russian missile hit a residential area in the center of Kharkov, and a fire broke out at the point of arrival.
