The Russian army is concentrating its offensive forces in eastern Ukraine, but the southern regions also remain under threat.
This was stated by the speaker of the operational command “South” Natalia Gumenyuk on the air of the telethon.
The fact that they are overturning more prepared forces to the east is clear that their priority is now concentrated there. But the southern region has always remained in their field of vision, they do not let it out of control and keep it as an additional direction where an unexpected active strike can be delivered, Gumenyuk believes.
According to her, the Defense Forces continue to monitor the tactics of the occupying army and are ready for developments. The representative of OK “South” noted that “carriers (missiles in the sea), even without special reasons, can appear and enter the base points.”
Recall that on the morning of February 4, Russia put nine ships on combat duty into the Black Sea, including not a single carrier of Caliber cruise missiles.
