NATO exercises Arrow-22 began in Finland. This was reported by the country’s Ministry of Defense on Thursday, May 5th.

In the maneuvers of mechanized troops, in addition to the Finns, units from the USA, Great Britain, Latvia and Estonia were welcomed.

In total, about 3,400 people, 150 armored vehicles and about 300 other vehicles were involved.

The exercises were attended by Finnish Defense Ministers Antti Kaikkonen and his British counterpart Ben Wallace.

It was previously reported that the UK would send around 8,000 troops, as well as dozens of tanks and more than 100 armored fighting vehicles to Eastern Europe to participate in military exercises. During these, actions will be taken to combat Russian aggression.
