The Office of the Prosecutor General spoke about a high-profile case of bullying on camera over unconscious girls. Andrey Nebitov, the head of the main department of the National Police of the Kiev region, said that the organizers of drunken parties in Kyiv who could humiliate girls on camera face up to seven years in prison.
Two fellow organizers are in a temporary detention center, they were announced on suspicion. They also check for involvement in fraud during the collection of voluntary contributions for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Earlier, the police searched the organizers of drunken parties, where girls could be bullied on camera. Mobile phones, laptops, bank cards and other evidence testifying to their illegal activities were found and confiscated in a rented apartment.
Law enforcement officers have established that the organizers of disgusting entertainment and the authors of humiliating videos are two comrades who distributed porn on the Telegram channel and Instagram, Nebitov said.
The National Police of the Kyiv region added that two party organizers were placed in a pre-trial detention center.
The suspects agreed to create content of a sexually violent nature with the participation of women for the purpose of further distribution, the Kyiv regional prosecutor’s office noted.
According to Obshchestvenny, summons were issued to six other participants in this case. The incident with bloggers from Ivano-Frankivsk was publicized on 31 January. The guys showed how they filmed half-naked girls, touched their bodies without consent and, probably, raped them.
