Drunk and raped? Scandal with a “party” in Kyiv

A company of men organized “parties”, invited girls there, and then the young people allegedly added powerful sedatives to alcohol.

Note that Kravchenko deleted his Facebook message and part of the Instagram stories, but said he continues to monitor the situation. He also indicated that he had the full name and car registration of the “chief” of the organizers.

It is known that the annoying bloggers who hosted the “parties” came from the Ivano-Frankivsk region and allegedly recently moved to the capital.

Users suggested that the men sold the women by adding Xanox, which is a tranquilizer, to the alcohol. In some videos, you can hear how young people remember Xanox, but it is not clear from their comments who and how it was used at parties.

It should be noted that after the publicity, one of the organizers published a video on Telegram, in which a half-naked girl said that “she herself does not know the size.” Captioning the video, the man tried to absolve himself of responsibility: “After this, you want to say I’m pumping something up.”

Despite the men’s statement, law enforcement immediately reacted to the incident. Police officers identified the defendants and their places of residence, and on February 1, the organizers of the so-called “drunk parties” were searched in Kyiv and Ivano-Frankivsk.

“As soon as photos and videos from parties appeared on the network, where young people drank alcohol, hurt and humiliated girls, law enforcement officers immediately began to work,” said the National Police .

Later, law enforcement officials said they detained two organizers of “parties”, where they could even rape unconscious girls.

“Law enforcement officials determined that the organizers of disgusting entertainment and the authors of shameful videos are two associates who distribute porn on Telegram and Instagram. Two organizers of excesses was detained and placed in a temporary detention center,” Andriy Nebitov, head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kyiv region, said on February 2.

He added that under the article on the production, sale and distribution of pornographic items, the suspects face three to seven years in prison.

“(The suspects – ed.) rented an apartment in the capital. They invited girls there, drank alcohol with them, brought them to an unconscious state. Using the helpless state of women, made them of vulgar gestures, as well as imitation of sexual. acts, while filming all this on their own mobile phones. The filmed material was posted on the Telegram channel and social networks, which will leave embarrassing messages and comments,” said the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

In addition, the department is investigating the involvement of suspects in “fraudulent activities in collecting voluntary contributions for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”

Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets appealed to the National Police and the Prosecutor General’s Office with a call for an impartial and effective investigation into the crimes committed and bringing the perpetrators to justice.

In addition, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy mentioned the scandal in a video message on the evening of February 1.

“Criminal proceedings have been launched. There have been the first detentions of malefactors. The proceedings are ongoing. There is no place for violence in Ukraine,” said the head of state.
