Russian oil prices have almost doubled in a year

This is stated in the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

As noted by the Russian publication Kommersant, Russia’s federal budget for 2023 was drawn up based on the average annual price of Urals oil at $70.10 per barrel.

It was previously reported that the Russian Federation is losing a lot due to the oil price ceiling.
