Two Fox News staffers on Monday described the leak of the Supreme Court draft report against Wade as a “riot.”
On Fox News, a jury of four men discussed a development that could cause millions of women to lose access to reproductive health care.
“It’s a revolt against the court,” said Ari Fleischer, a former collaborator of the Bush administration led by Sean Hannit.
“I’ve seen people on the left celebrating this revelation, calling it brave, trying to oust Hale Mariam to stop the decision,” Fleischer added.
Hanniti then asked former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee (R) to enter.
“I am very happy that Arim used the term‘ rebellion ’. “This is exactly what it is,” Hakabi said. “Let’s take a step forward. It was a riot and not one of the state kids who took off their collars and went to Washington and covered the rally. “It’s an uprising of someone who paid the taxpayers”.
Hakabi said he hopes everyone uses the term because “if what happened on January 6 was a riot, it was absolutely a riot.”
Huckabee compared the leaked document to a violent attack on the U.S. Capitol by supporters of former President Donald Trump that resulted in more deaths, more than 700 arrests. Approximately $ 1.5 million in damage to the building and temporary suspension of the Victory Certificate in the 2020 congressional election.
When it comes to this chaos, Fox News personalities often attend Let’s call one.
“It’s impossible to overestimate what an earthquake will cause inside the court, in terms of destroying trust between judges and staff,” said SCOTUSblog, a legal blog that tracks Supreme Court cases.
And while a formal decision is not expected until June, the leaked opinion has caused a shocking wave in the political and media landscape and drawn intense condemnation from Democrats and women’s advocacy groups.
