Ukraine should systematically weaken the aggressor country, the Russian Federation.
Future relations between Kyiv and Moscow will be a very “complicated process.” Now in the Russian information space there is a growing opinion that allegedly only the dictator Vladimir Putin himself is to blame for the war with Ukraine, and the population should not. However, the President of Russia with aggression against Ukraine was supported by more than two-thirds of Russians. This was stated by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, in an interview with the Polish news portal Wirtualna Polska.
It is interesting that now in the Russian information space, primarily on the Internet, as well as among part of the opposition, the opinion is being propagated that only the “Putin clique” should be blamed for this invasion. And society has nothing to do with it. And we are also at war with a country where more than two-thirds of the population supported Putin’s actions,” he said.
According to Budanov, it is difficult now to predict the future with Russia, because it is not known how many regions the aggressor country will break up into. It is also unknown with whom Ukraine will have to talk about reparations and bringing those responsible for war crimes to justice.
Budanov is convinced that Ukraine needs to systematically and stately weaken Russia, and for this it is necessary to integrate into NATO and the European Union. Integration should be not only safe, but also political, economic, legal, humanitarian and educational.
We must have some form of control over the new post-war Russian federation. To never repeat what happened with Ukraine, added the head of military intelligence.
Recall that the head of the GUR, Kirill Budanov, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin has cancer and will die very quickly, but after Ukraine’s victory in the war with Russia. Intelligence received this information from sources close to the dictator.
