Negotiations are underway with the manufacturer Elbit Systems for the rapid delivery of ATMOS artillery pieces and pulse rocket launchers

Denmark intends to replace the CAESAR self-propelled guns transferred to Ukraine with Israeli ATMOS self-propelled artillery mounts. This was said by the Danish Ministry of Defense, reports Bild.

“Currently, negotiations are underway with the manufacturer Elbit Systems on the rapid delivery of ATMOS artillery pieces and pulse rocket launchers,” the statement said.

According to the publication Defense Brief, in general, Denmark plans to purchase 19 ATMOS installations. They can carry 36 155 mm shells and hit targets at a distance of up to 40 km.

In addition, Denmark intends to purchase 8 MLRS PLUS, which launch 122-mm and 160-mm rockets with an automatic firing system. PULS can hit targets at a distance of up to 300 km, depending on the type of ammunition.

Remember that Denmark will give Ukraine all its Caesar howitzers.

It has also been reported that Denmark will increase military aid to Ukraine.
