Jim Jordan asked about Kayleigh McEnany. It didn’t go well.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio)’s latest attempt on Democrats on Twitter has not gone down well.

On Thursday, Jordan praised Donald Trump’s White House press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, writing that she “wasn’t afraid to answer tough questions.”

“Why is Biden in the White House?” He added.

Critics immediately reminded the Ohio congressman of McEnany’s penchant for spreading lies and defending former President Donald Trump’s baseless claims.

That’s despite McEnany, now a Fox News anchor, promising reporters during her first briefing: “I will never lie to you. You have my word on that.

“Because it’s easy to lie,” one commenter replied.

Another said: “When you’re a blatant liar the answers are easy to find, gym.”

Some Twitter users also recalled Jordan’s alleged firing over harassment allegations against the team doctor during his time as an assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State University. He denies these claims. They also recalled his refusal to cooperate with the House committee investigating the January 6, 2021, riot in the United States Capitol.
