The enemy is constantly advancing and attacking with missiles – APU

Russian troops are continuing their offensive in the Eastern Operational Zone, and are also conducting air attacks on transportation infrastructure facilities throughout Ukraine. This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the morning report on May 4.

The Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Lvov, Vinnitsa, Kyiv, Transcarpathian, Odessa and Donetsk regions underwent missile strikes.

In the direction of Volyn and Polesye, the enemy did not conduct active operations, saw no signs of the formation of offensive groups. The situation is similar in the direction of Seversk.

In the direction of Slobozhansky, the enemy fired on Kharkov and the Protopopovka settlement from artillery and mortars, conducted aerial reconnaissance in the area of ​​Kutuzovka and Aleksandrovka, Barvenkovsky district. Also, Russian troops tried to conduct offensive operations in the direction of Dovgenkiy, but they were unsuccessful.

In the direction of Donetsk and Tauride, the enemy fired to tie up the actions of Ukrainian units.

In the direction of Limansky, the Russian army advanced in the direction of Shandrigolovo and intensified aerial reconnaissance.

“The occupiers have carried out offensive actions in the Popasna area, the fighting continues. In Mariupol, the Russian occupiers continue to conduct air strikes and fire on our positions in the area. Azovstal ” – clarified to the General Staff.

In the direction of Zaporozhye, the enemy conducted unsuccessful attack operations in the direction of Orekhov. It was noted that more than 100 bodies of mobilized servicemen of the 1st Army Corps who died in the Zaporozhye region were delivered to the central morgue of Horlivka.

Under the direction of Yuzhnobuzhsky, the enemy used artillery, numerous rocket and tank launching systems throughout the collision line, and intensified military operations in the Tomina Balka area.

In the Bessarabian direction, the situation remains tense and under control.

The previous day, the Ukrainian military hit seven enemy UAVs and eight cruise missiles (data specified).

On the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in the past day, 12 enemy attacks were repulsed. Destroyed: six tanks, five artillery systems (three of them – RZSO), 15 units of armored combat vehicles and nine enemy vehicles.

It will be recalled that from February 24 to May 3, the Russian Federation lost 24,200 soldiers in Ukraine, as well as 1,062 tanks, 194 aircraft and 155 helicopters.
