The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine agreed on the dismissal of five heads of regional military administrations – Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Sumy and Kherson regions.
This is the decision of the government.
According to the decision of the government, we are talking about the heads of the following areas:
-
Dnepropetrovsk – Valentin Reznichenko,
-
Zaporozhye – Oleksandr Starukh,
-
Kyiv – Alexey Kuleba,
-
Sumy – Dmitry Zhivitsky,
-
Kherson – Yaroslav Yanushevich.
Today, the Cabinet of Ministers does not plan to appoint new leaders of these regions to free positions.
The chairman of the Dnepropetrovsk OVA, Valentin Reznichenko, is fired at his own request. Other leaders of the OVA – Aleksey Kuleba, Alexander Starukh, Dmitry Zhivitsky and Yaroslav Yanushevich – are dismissed “by agreement of the parties.”
In addition, the Cabinet agreed on the dismissal of four deputy ministers. This is about:
Vyacheslav Shapovalov – Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine;
Ivan Lukeria – Deputy Minister for the Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine;
Vyacheslav Negoda – Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine;
Vitaliy Muzychenko – Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine.
Recall that today Kyrylo Tymoshenko was fired from the President’s Office. Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that this week would be a time for fair decisions on scandals, both at the level of ministries and regional issues.
