Svenska Kraftnät will provide Ukraine with materials to restore the energy system after the Russian shelling.
The Swedish government has approved the transfer of materials to Ukraine for the restoration of the energy system from the company Svenska Kraftnät, the press service of the Swedish government reports.
“Svenska Kraftnät has identified materials that it can transfer to Ukraine and that will be beneficial for the energy system of this country. Today the government has decided that the material can be transferred,” the message said.
It was clarified that in Sweden there are several players in the energy sector who are considering the possibility of transferring to Ukraine materials that were previously thrown away when replacing equipment, but now could be useful for the restoration of the energy system of Ukrainian.
Earlier it was reported that Sweden will send Archer self-propelled guns to Ukraine, the supply of which was requested by Kyiv.
