U.S. police said this Sunday they had located a possible suspect in the city’s mass shooting the day before. Monterey Parknear Angels where ten people died and ten more were injured.

The shooting occurred around 10:22 p.m. local time on Saturday (06:22 GMT this Sunday) at a ballroom in Monterey Parkapproximately 13 km east of Angels.
Police believes it is related to an incident that took place shortly after in a neighboring suburb Alhambranorth of Monterey Parkalso in the dance hall, where those present managed to disarm the assailant, who is believed to be the same person from the previous shooting, and who escaped without firing.
