Three weeks after the announcement of the delivery of the French AMX 10-RC “light tanks”, Minister of Armed Forces Sebastien Lecornu reminded the Luxembourg Palace of the standards set by France for each delivery of weapons. Answering the senator’s question about the possible delivery of Leclerc tanks, the minister listed three.
“The first criterion is obviously defensive logic in climbing skills“, he said. Since the beginning of the attack, Western governments have been very careful not to cause any escalation.
