The occupiers organized a crossing of the Seversky Donets – General Staff

The enemy continues to prepare reserves with the aim of their further relocation to areas of operation on the territory of Ukraine.

Russian troops installed a pontoon-bridge crossing the Seversky Donets River. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the summary of the night on Monday, May 2.

“To improve the transport infrastructure, the enemy built a pontoon-bridge crossing the Seversky Donets River. The occupiers continued to sue the positions of our troops and civilian facilities located at a slight distance from on the state border of Ukraine from the territory of the Russian Federation, “the report said.

It is also indicated that the greatest activity of the Russian occupiers was observed in the directions of Slobozhansky and Donetsk. To strengthen their grouping, the enemy moves cannon units and rocket artillery to certain areas.

Also, the enemy continues to prepare reserves with the aim of their further relocation to areas of operation on the territory of Ukraine.

Earlier, the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced plans for further mobilization. The current mobilization period should end this month.
