According to the State Service for Special Communications, all hackers working in Russia against Ukraine are war criminals controlled by the Russian Federation. This ” rel=”nofollow” target=”_blank”> was reported by Telegram channel Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
As Yuriy Shchigol, the head of the State Service for Special Communications, said at the briefing, it should be understood and taken into account that all hackers working against Ukraine in cyberspace are funded by the state – the Russian Federation .
“These are all people who are in military service or financed by law enforcement agencies. Even private sector funds are still obtained through corruption with the help of their authorities. Therefore, we must understand that the all these are war criminals. , because they use skills, methods and practices against Ukraine during the war. They are at war with Ukraine. These hackers are controlled by the state in any case and in every sense of words,” emphasized Shchigol.
At the same time, before the briefing of the head of the State Service for Special Communications in the media center Ukraine – Ukrinform, a Russian cyber attack was carried out: Internet connection problems began, due to which all of online broadcasts have to be interrupted. The media center team immediately resumed communications and resumed broadcast briefings as scheduled.
As Shchigol stressed, all the Russian hackers could do was delay the start of the briefing by 15 minutes.
Recall that the Odessa group of Technicians created an application for smartphones called Digital Bavovna. It is designed for automated DDoS attacks on Russian websites.
