“On the territory of Russia, foreign citizens who are in the queue for obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation are invited to be voluntarily drafted into the ranks of the enemy’s army and automatically receive Russian citizenship,” wrote the General Staff.
In addition, Moscow began to put pressure on commercial structures: it was necessary to transfer them from them in the amount of 10 million rubles to support the army.
