The official recalled that according to the article on Unauthorized dissemination of information about the direction, movement of arms, weapons and ammunition in Ukraine, movement, movement or deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, made in a state of martial law or a state of emergency (Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code) it is a crime to disclose information to the public about:

According to him, only the following have the right to publish information about the movement, movement, location of our troops:

Civilians do not know these plans and therefore do not understand the context in which they are presenting pieces of information that they have found out.
