Russia is preparing a stuffing of fakes – GUR

The purpose of the special services of the terrorist country is to reduce military aid to Ukraine from foreign partners, as well as to collect information about the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The special services of the Russian Federation are preparing a comprehensive and large-scale filling of fake news involving the entire spectrum of modern information media. It aims to destroy trust in Ukraine on the part of Western partners, according to the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense on Sunday, January 15.

It is indicated that the Russian intelligence services are planning on behalf of popular Western publications to contact Ukrainian journalists with proposals to provide information on the state of the Ukrainian economy, the political situation in the state and the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“The purpose of the special services of the terrorist country is to reduce military aid to Ukraine from foreign partners, as well as to collect information about the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the military-industrial complex of our state,” said GUR .

Intelligence urged journalists to carefully check the sources from which proposals for cooperation are received.

Earlier, Ukrenergo said that fake information is being spread on social networks about the alleged cancellation of emergency power outages in Ukraine.
