The war against Russia will end when Ukraine wins. This was announced on Sunday, May 1, in an interview with the Greek edition of EPT News by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
He also expressed his readiness to restore the integrity of the country’s territory. At the same time, the President stressed that for the sake of peace, he is not ready to change the borders of Ukraine.
“We are ready to restore our integrity to the territory. Otherwise, if we are willing to give part of the land to Russia, then all these people died in vain. Then why did they die?” – said the head of state.
He also stressed that if the land is given to Russia, it will not stop there, just as it will not stop after capturing Crimea.
“And then just give them time to rest before a new attack in 2-3 years. We don’t agree with that,” the president added.
Also in the interview, the president stressed that after using phosphorus munitions, Russia will be able to use other banned weapons.
“I believe that after cases of use of illicit weapons, the so -called phosphorus bombs, as happened in the center of Kharkov, in Mariupol, in the south of our state, around Zaporozhye, Donetsk, Luhansk, can be assumed that Russia has the ability to use other types of illicit weapons, “said the President of Ukraine.
Recall that Vladimir Zelensky was convinced that the war in Ukraine would not give Russia anything, but would only increase the number of states that would work to isolate the Russian Federation.
