The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with the head of the Latvian Seimas, Edwards Smiltens. This was reported by the press service of the President of Ukraine.
“I met with the head of the Latvian Seimas, Edwards Smiltens. The political, humanitarian and defense support for Ukraine from Latvia is important for our state. Thanks to Latvia for supporting the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, as well as for the warm welcoming the Ukrainians who were forced to leave our country due to the Russian invasion”, Zelensky said after the meeting.
Zelensky was previously reported to have held talks with the leaders of Luxembourg and Kenya.
