The foreign ministers of the two countries discussed Ukraine’s military needs, which could be met by Estonia.
Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba spoke with his Estonian counterpart Urmas Reinsalu about Ukraine’s military needs and announced the good news. He announced this on Wednesday, January 11 at Twitter.
“I spoke with Urmas Reinsalu. We discussed the military needs of Ukraine, which Estonia can meet. We expect good news. I also thanked Estonia for the initiative on the compensation mechanism and stressed that it is an important element of the Peace Formula,” Kuleba wrote, adding that Russia must pay.
It was previously reported that Estonia is ready to become the first in the EU to transfer Russian assets to Kyiv.
It can be remembered that Estonia froze the assets of two oligarchs from Russia.
