According to Hungarian police, more than 800 participants took part in the pro-Ukrainian action (according to some Hungarian media, more than a thousand), while the pro-Russian was estimated at 200 people.
Supporters of the Russian Federation have accused the United States of responsibility for the war in Ukraine and cited “excessive sanctions” against Russia, which have led to a food and energy crisis in the world.
Ukrainian rally participants condemned Russia’s aggression and its brutality, the killing of Ukrainian civilians, and also defended the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
