The OVA chief added that another woman was injured by Russian shell fragments. Doctors are currently fighting for his life.

It was previously reported that on Monday night, the invaders attacked critical infrastructure facilities in Kherson, in particular, they destroyed an electrical substation that feeds several large boiler houses.
