The occupiers demanded that the price tags be set only in rubles, which led to the transition of the population to non-cash payments.
In the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region, Russian occupiers are conducting raids to withdraw the Hryvnia from circulation. This was reported by the Lugansk Regional Military Administration.
The Russians organized massive raids on trade facilities about revealing the facts of Hryvnia settlements to the population. The occupiers demanded that the price tags be set only in rubles, which led to the transition of the population to non-cash payments.
“The enemy seizes terminals and threatens sanctions. But the circulation of hryvnia will not stop. Only supermarkets have followed the innovations. Markets and small shops continue to accept hryvnia, including in a bank card,” the OVA noted.
It was also reported that the Kremlin recently implemented a decree simplifying entry into the civil service in the occupied territories.
Russians need local residents elected by them for certain positions, because these people are “more legitimate for propaganda,” but not all of them can apply for one or another place, based on the old law of the Russian Federation, says OVA.
In particular, a medical examination has recently been allowed to take place in absentia, and personal recommendations, as previously required, are also no longer required.
In addition, according to the regional administration, in order to discredit the Ukrainian military, the Russians are spreading disinformation about the preparation of fire damage by the Defense Forces of medical institutions in the Lugansk region, where wounded invaders are treated.
Recall that earlier the head of the Luhansk OVA, Sergei Gaidai, reported that the Russians legalized the violation of the law by personnel in the occupied territory. The so-called “law enforcement agencies” will recruit personnel without age restrictions, psychological selection and testing.
Meanwhile, medical facilities in Luhansk are overflowing with wounded Russian soldiers.
