Juvenile prosecutors have documented the deaths of 453 children who died as a result of Russia’s armed invasion of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General in Ukraine.
According to official information from juvenile prosecutors, on the morning of January 6, 453 children were killed and more than 877 were injured in various degrees of severity.
It is noted that these numbers are not final: the work continues to place them in war zones, in temporarily occupied and liberated territories. Therefore, these numbers are higher than the official ones currently.
New data on dead children: On January 5, in the city of Berislav, Kherson region, as a result of enemy shelling and shelling of a residential building, a family was killed with their 12-year- grown son.
“Due to the bombing and shelling of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, 3,126 educational institutions were damaged. 337 of them were completely destroyed,” the Prosecutor General’s Office noted.
