Drone attacks on Ukraine are sowing death and fear, but not changing the war. On Monday, in Kiev, as well as in other regions, a new wave hit. Ukrainian forces claimed to have intercepted 39 drones, 22 of which targeted the capital. Damage to electrical infrastructure has been reported. Despite three days of constant and massive attacks, the Ukrainian authorities still show the same determination as if to contain the impending fatigue. Russians “They lose.
