The court found the suspect guilty of molesting a 13-year-old girl under Part 2 of Art. 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The attacker was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months in prison.
Information about the accused will be included in the Unified Register of Persons Convicted of Crimes against Sexual Freedom and Sexual Inviolability of a Minor Person.
It should be noted that a man who raped his 8-year-old niece was convicted in the Dnipropetrovsk region. He received 11 years in prison.
