In Kazakhstan, eight citizens of Ukraine were detained in the case of a large drug laboratory. This was reported by the Kazakh news agency KazTAG.
It was reported that outside one of the villages in the Almaty region, two suspicious citizens of Ukraine were checked, who were hiding packages with narcotic substances. The police established two addresses of possible drug laboratories and during the search, six more citizens of Ukraine were detained.
“Laboratory equipment, glass bowls and metal sheets with crystalline substances, chemicals were confiscated. During the search, about 30 kg of narcotic substance” speed “was seized,” added the law enforcement officers.
The suspects are in custody.
“Those detained at the time of the confession reported about preparations for the opening of a third laboratory for the production of such prohibited substances,” the police said.
It will be recalled that an elite drug dealer who sold cocaine in nightclubs in Kyiv was sentenced by the court to five years in prison.
