Estonia will provide a new aid package to Ukraine

The support package mainly deals with individual devices. This includes winter field uniforms, personal protective equipment, and drones.

On December 22, the Estonian government approved a new package of military aid to Ukraine. This is what Minister of Defense Hanno Pevkur said at a press conference in Tallinn, European Pravda reports.

“We continue to support Ukraine and today we decided on a new aid package for Ukrainian military personnel. The package mainly concerns individual equipment, as this is what the Ukrainians specifically asked us, ” he says.

According to the head of the Ministry of Defense, the new package will include a winter field uniform, personal protective equipment, as well as drones.

The amount of the aid package was not disclosed. At the same time, Pevkur emphasized that since the beginning of the Russian invasion, Tallinn transferred military equipment worth more than one billion euros to Kyiv.
