Carla Arellanoniece Blanca Olivia Arellano, claimed that her aunt had arrived on Peruvian soil to meet her boyfriend, Juan Pablo Jesús Villafuerte Pinto (37), a medical student from Huacho, the city where he was supposed to stay from the moment he arrived.
