Bad Bunny: PNP notes that they have received over a hundred complaints about fake concert tickets.

“I take this opportunity to tell young people that they no longer believe in resale. There was a message from the company that their tickets need to be renamed by registering their name along with their ID,” he added to the media.

Indecopi, through the Directorate of Oversight and the Sub-directory of Citizens’ Attention, has carried out inspection and guidance activities at the National Stadium to ensure that the company organizing the event, Inversiones CYE SAC, complies with the provisions of the Consumer Protection and Protection Code, and to inform consumers of their rights.

During the operation, compliance with the obligation of suitability and safety was verified, such as the implementation of the complaint book and its notification, emergency protocols, designation of areas, capacity and hours of the event, the process of identifying consumers to enter the premises, among other obligations.
