Clemens LISBARD. – This law is crucial because it is a legal recognition. It is particularly noted during civil marriages. But, despite our repeated requests, it has never been supplemented by public authorities’ awareness measures, which makes it very uncertain. Common educational abuse is an unrecognized part of child abuse because it is considered acceptable, even desirable, to provide a “good education”.
